Group Processes

SAP®-based group processes develop through different objectives within the following contexts:

Drama school curriculum: regular weekly classes that take the actors from the ground of embodied awareness, creativity and communication to the first embodied expression of roles and text.
Rehearsal-specific work: ‘warm-ups’, preparations and specific embodied processes that respond to the objectives of the director or group within different rehearsals.
Production-specific work: maintaining the importance of actors’ creative multiple expressions and contributions, this work focuses on a final production synthesis complementing the role of the director.
Explorative workshops: workshops which offer a ‘held’ space for the individual or group exploration on various subjects and qualities based on the nature of SAP®.
Devising workshops: workshops that prioritise the use of SAP® as creative methodology towards the shaping of a group or individual performance.
